Bill Hoffman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Trigild, the commercial real estate industry's leader in non-performing loan management. Mr. Hoffman has over 30 years of experience as an attorney and has served as the court-appointed receiver for over 1,500 assets, among them hotels, commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, residential projects, and restaurants. Serving on the American Bar Association's Hotels, Resorts & Tourism Executive Committee, Mr. Hoffman's unique blend of expertise in management, law, and real estate has led State and Federal Courts to appoint him as Receiver, Trustee or Custodian for troubled real estate assets across North America.

Under Mr. Johnsey's stewardship, the Axiometrics database, updated monthly, has grown into the real estate industry's most trusted repository of information and trends relating to the performance of multifamily assets. The database includes properties and portfolios owned by both private and listed apartment REITs, as well as properties owned and managed by private investors, developers, and management companies in 305 markets and totaling more than 4.8 million units.

Brian Shatz is a founding member of Madison Realty Capital, responsible for raising institutional capital, overseeing the debt portfolio and asset management. Since Madison’s inception in 2004, he has been a member of the investment committee and has closed over 160 discrete loan transactions comprising of more than $800 million in assets. Prior to co-founding Madison, Mr. Shatz established Bluegrass Growth Fund Partners, LLC, a private investment fund which focused on investing in structured equity and debt investments for U.S. public companies. Mr. Shatz began his career at BlackRock where he worked closely with fixed income portfolio managers and developed institutional client relationships with some of the country’s largest pension funds. Mr. Shatz graduated cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 1998.
