JONATHAN O'KANE

Vice President & Head of

Special Projects

Jonathan is Chandan Economics' Vice President and Head of Special Projects. He has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the firm and management of all partnerships. Jonathan works closely with Dr. Sam Chandan in charting the firm's long-term strategy.

Jonathan received his Master of Science in Real Estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he was a Hirsh Fellow. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pace University. He joined Chandan Economics in 2014.

BRAVISH MALLAVARAPU, PHD

Senior Economist

Bravish is Chandan Economics' Senior Economist. His areas of specialization include urban economics and regional planning.

Bravish received his Doctorate in Urban and Regional Economic Development and his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the Luskin School of Public Affairs at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India. He joined Chandan Economics in 2015.

JASON DAVIS

Economic Analyst

Jason is an Economic Analyst at Chandan Economics and is responsible for client data and research requests as well as data analysis and quality assurance.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Pace University. He joined Chandan Economics in 2020.
